I see nothing wrong with nudity in film, and most actresses don't do it to gain fame, usually it is part of the story line, although there have been many movies where it is obvious they just throw it in for some reason or another.

I think the most unhealthy thing for young people's developing sexual identity is to pretend that nudity and sex are bad things...

I've seen The Cut; in a way, her faked orgasm in When Harry Met Sally was a lot more pornographic (if only because porn actresses are faking it)!!

You right sean ,I thinks a movie became Porno when the moment of nudism as an art to show of what we are, come a across the line from art to become and atrative to the Human sexuality ,In other word when the nudity its made just as sexual atractive even fake orgasm, etc. Meg did bad ,not for the explicit nude scene ,its just all we met a Meg Ryan as a romantic comedy actress, she has a stage in hollywood and very high in all the world ,she didn't has the need to do this roll at this point its like a big STEP BACK in her life ,can cause hes silence disappear from the scenes..
