My aunt got me into it, like all anime(of course, she comes from Anime's "Golden Age" when only a few people watched anime. I personally love the series, and yes, I have crushes on two cast members
:P I love any mecha anime, and personally this one clocks in at No.2 behind my all time Favorite, Gundam Wing!
I also have my pick of episodes that I'd watch over and over again, to the point where I'd memorize the entire episodes script. Like Episode 26.........
