Ever heard this song?


It's the only song being played in clubs all over Denmark, and I must say; I love it! The first few times I certainly didn't like it, especially since it cames from our neighbours, Sweden.. :P ;D But I've really turned around, I just love it!


Anyway, what this topic is really about..

The song is, to my big surprise, about a geek-chat program, IRC or something? ??? The guy sings about how he met a bot (robot) called "Anna". He falls in love with the bot, which turns out not to be a bot afterall, and so on, totally clich

You call that trance? All I hear is commercial dance-music.

I'm not trying to bash the song in any way... but this is almost as commercial as it gets...

I don't agree with you Omag.


I think a track in swedish, which basically is about a guy meeting a "bot/not bot" on an IRC chat program, and not another "shake that a$$ my gangstar-b*tch while I rap about how many times I've been shot" kinda style, is as uncommercial as it gets.

I know what you mean Ecko, but here in Belgium they produce this stuff constantly - the type of music I mean... however, the text may add something to it for you scandinavian people...  ;)

I totally agree with you Omag, that seriously is nothing like trance? Just cheap european Dance...

Ahh yes, the music it self doesn't "add" anything new, but this is what people, or at least the majority of people, want to hear.
I guess the lyrics in techno/trance isn't really the most important part, so yes, all in all it's not really "different", but I still quite like it. :)
