Ive been wondering what people think is the greatest AIRCRAFT BASED movie is.
If you can reply giving me your 1 favourite i can put it in a table and post it at a later date, being in about a week or 2s time.

Flight of the Phoenix. both versions. hands down. large Fries.

I just started watching the whole Airport Series, now i know where the airplane rip-off came from.;P

I can tell you the worth Airport 78 the one with the Concorde....Boy that was really bad and a fake.. >:(

The Langoliers (1995) I mention it above! is a movie developt for TV now is on DVD is a Classic...

IMO, that was based more about the ground guys. The crashing of the UH-60 was just filler I'd say. Still a great movie and an even better book.

For me it'd be "Those Men and Their Magnificent Flying Machines" :)

Alrot's on to something.  Langoliers was so great.  I dunno why I loved that movie so much. ;D

It's dang near blasphemy on the forums, but I actually thought Top Gun was lame. :-X
