Ever have one of those days?

Postby flyboy 28 » Tue Sep 06, 2005 7:21 pm

Where you're absolutley god-like at playing an instrument?

Last evening I was playing drums and I could even pound out the 32nd notes in one of the songs. Also, I got all accents and little stuff you wouldnt notice.

Also, this evening I was sitting down with my dad's guitar just fooling around with it and I came across a familiar tune. 30 minutes later, I had "Middle" by Jimmy Eat World nailed. From the intro to the chord progression to the ending. Keep in mind I don't play guitar regularly..

It's just such a cool feeling. :) 8)

I know what you're saying, somedays you feel like you are one with your instrument and there are other days I play for five minutes and put it down because I know it is an "off" day.

Bahahahaha that sucks!

I mean, I can play them but I can't be forced to. Like, only when I'm playing set and when I'm "in the groove". :)
