If they weren't that popular,I'd have a better opinion of them. So let's say that they're quite okay for a mainstream band. (Faint, Breaking the Habit)

Got there first album... Like 'em every now and then... they kinda are somewhat repetitive... but songs like Numb/encore still do it for me...

I agree with ATI - they are a mainstream band, but still good :)

The collision course 'album' is VERY good indeed - Mike got the tunes just right ;)

As for songs, I prefer their OLDER songs (Hybrid Theory), I also have 'Splitting The DNA' which is a mixture of - demos, live performances and some songs from BEFORE Linkin Park (Esaul, Carousel, Step Up, Technique, She Shines and many more)

All in all, I'm officially an LP fan - can't wait 'till they come over to the UK ;D

Cheers,

Carl out.....

off course guys, with certain that some musics from LP are repititives. Like just change the introduction, and then the distribution of paragraphs and rythim, its same. Equal IT's EASIER TO RUN, and Breaking the habit, the last paragh change the rythm, understand? But the musics of every band are equal, but now.. With the new CD Collisson Course is changed the history of new age rock with rap and hip-hop. Because it was the first people to remix this musics!! BYE!!! ;D

The first mix of Rap/Hip-Hop, Rock and a good portion of Funk was made by Rage Against The Machine. ;)

I love Linkin Park. However, Jay-Z ruined it for them. His little re-mix needs a re-fix.   :-/

Jay-Z did a re-mix of the original "Numb" song, which he ruined.

Actually, to be perfectly honest, Mike Shinoda 'mashed' Numb and Jay-Z's 'Encore' together using Pro-Tools.

I think it sounds OK, but then I'll listen to anything with a
