for those who are in the Illinois area Feburuary 28, come visit

"Jazz In the Meadows"

featuring something like, 60 bands from the area, plus

Len King
and the Chicago Metropolitan Jazz Orchestra

Mark Colby
and the Mark Colby Quartet

so stop by. I will be there also. did i mention we are the biggest jazz festival in the midwest US?!!

 I have never really gotten into jazz, and I have an extremely broad range of musical tastes.
Jazz always sounds to me like a bunch of guys noodling around on their instruments while paying no real attention to what any of the other guys in the group are doing.
Like a free-for-all-toot-your-horn session.

ok, it's about that time where I rant about this again

coming in 18 days

the 20th annual Jazz in the Meadows Festival

here in the wonderful Rolling meadows, IL

it's the BIGGEST JAZZ FESTIVAL in the midwest (thats good)

and help support the RMHS Music boosters, yadda yadda...

ok, i've made my statement. now i'm just trying to get people to come!!!!
