Oops, who closed the subway entry.
I've rarely crash-landed although I once shoved the stick forward and summersaulted the Hurricane during the takeoff run; also made many belly landings -- of necessity (CFS, after battle damage) and a few by accident (my very first was with a Spitfire and stalled at the moment of contact with the ground).

What happened here really was this - I never left the ground when this happened, wasn't flying,, I had changed some parimeters in the aircrafts CFG File and accidentally deleted something, believe it was weight & balance or something,, so this is what took place as I was starting up the sim, soon as it loaded the plane and the sim got going the DC-3 went nose 1st into the runway,, and buried itself,, I couldn't get a screen shot fast enough :):) . Usually in my experience planes won't bury themselves in the sim like this, theu usually bouce back up and into flight, this seemed unusual so I snapped a photo,, its the truth, I swear on my Dogs ALPO :):):)  :-X :-X ::) ::) ::)
