how on earth did that guy get a BMW?!
with all those fines he wouldn't be able to pay anything.

of course,he could be a thief. ::)

Some people have more money than sense. I'd have loved to have been the arresting officer praying the guy wanted to go to court to contest the charges ;D ;D ;D
I'd imagine the judge would have wet himself and there isn't a lawyer on this planet that could have got him off ;D ;D ;D
