I could've used that thing last winter when I woke up one day and found ~5ft. of snow drifted up against my garage door.

Heck, I live in Atlanta.

Even in places that do get snow, there are plenty of people who don't know how to deal with it. Sometimes, when I see some idiot sliding all over the road and trying to drive to fast, I wonder if they even remember the previous winter. ::)
