Reminds me of that episode of South Park when Stan's (or who-ever's) Dad was on Wheel of Fortune. The puzzle looked for all the world like something racist and he hesitantly said it. The correct answer of course, was much more benign.  ;)

You know, the first one, I tried to think of what could fit there, and I actually thought books. Then I saw the next one and I was like, oh wait that's boobs. The rest came naturally after that.  ;D ;D ;D ;D

1. Captain, if the problem is not entered into the technical logbook.........then the aircraft does not have a problem.
2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.
