Someone doesn't earn the position by raising their hand first.

Being a moderator requires patience, social skills, maturity, the ability to enforce the standards, and also be able to resolve conflicts without taking sides.

Man, no one can take a joke...   ::)

...anyway having a sense of humour is part of the job anyway.  It's all part of being nice and having people feel welcome and want to come back. ;)

i think i wanna raise my hand here too... although i don't know what would be required or expected of me

i browse SimV on a daily basis (if not more) and although i don't post much, i read through almost every thread here (on my forums of choice that is)

also, i wanna ask, mods have their 'patrol areas' right? to which forums would this future mod be assigned to? or is there no such thing?

Cheers

Mods don't have "patrol areas" or jurisdictions ;)  We're just an extra set of eyes to help the boss maintain the site and make sure eveyone has a positive experience here  :)
