Ahh... another good picture where the context is warped by the caption. I think this is actually an Iraqi tank that was buried, and now they are unburying it. But I don't know why it's upside down.

Only if the Iraqi's stole an M1A1 Abrams... probably slid off the side of the ditch and flipped over...
