Got a higher res version?  Would love to see the full article in regards to the Civil War planes.  
I just have to know what the heck they are talking about. The only guess I have is that it is not the US Civil War.

Love the others, THe article reagrding the lack of funds even states that the expediture is the hightest ever for PR...

Most countries have been subjected to a civil war at some time or another. I suspect this might be the Spanish Civil War 1936-39.

I'm actually working on restoring a civil war aircraft, it's in the hangar next to my restored 1812 Chevy Corvette.  
Alienware X51_R2 (thank you wife) Windows 8.1, 6GB Ram, Intel Core i3-4150 CPU @3.50GHz
FSX Acceleration settings on max, no twitches or glitches.

Im guessing the civil War aircraft where from the Spanish civil war the nice sim hangar polish aircraft models had spanish civil war textures
