Seen it many many times and I will always love this one:
P: DME volume  unbelievably loud.

On a serious note, as you may know I'm in training to be an A&P mechanic and from what I've learned in the "forms and publications" class and from the experience of my instructors I can tell that writing something silly like that on a gripe sheet will get you in trouble with your employer and possibly the FAA (or whatever govt. agency in youre country).
