Undeniable Truths.

What are you laughing at?

If cats always land on their feet and buttered bread always lands butter side down, then what happens if you tie a bit of buttered bread (butter side out) to the side of a cat and throw it in the air? ;D ;D ;D

So, if you drop a miniature, goo-smeared, cracker from a 24" model 5-story high-rise the cracker will land upright?
Does the added weight of the goo make any difference -- I don't see many sailboats keel-up on calm waters?

Did you drop the sailbout from a 5-story high-rise?  :P  ;D

The side of the cat? I'd expect he'd land on the two legs on the side to which you've attached the bread.
If you attached the bread to the top of his back, butter upward, I'd say it's a toss up -- er, down.

If you'd seen some of the waves that were building, there were more than five stories to tell.

I've experienced almost all of those. The other day at work, I picked up a 12 pack of diet 7up, and the end gave out, spilling cans all over the place. Of course, not one but two of them impacted the corner of a pallet and exploded violently. Instead if spraying ANYWHERE else in the room, BOTH of them sprayed their entire contents directly at my crotch.

Try catching with your hands instead of your thighs. Are you one of those who tries stopping the chainsaw chain with your thighs? ;D
However, when I was was a field tech for vending companies, dislodging frozen canned sodas was such a blast; they'd expanded so much that they'd rarely free up without bursting -- a fizzy wash and gooey hairspray.

"CATS LAND ON ALL FOURS."
Well, at least on all furs. :o

it is possible... ::)

also, it is not the airflow on the toast that tips it over... it lands face-down because when they do leave the table, they usually slide off the edge, making them turn over just as they start to drop (the distance required for the second turn-over would then be aprroximately 5 stories high)

If cats always land on their feet and buttered bread always lands butter side down, then what happens if you tie a bit of buttered bread (butter side out) to the side of a cat and throw it in the air?

about this, i believe that doing so would create a paradoxal vortex which would consume the universe, so please don't try it at home ;D or maybe, the cat-toast amalgamation would start spinning faster and faster to a point where the cat's legs are torn off and the butter is ripped from the toast... then it doesn' really matter which one lands facing down

I know from experience that most of these laws are true except:
Law of the Telephone: When you dial a wrong number, you never get a busy signal.

You wouldn't know it's a wrong number unless somebody answered it. :P

Pipe down over there; you'll spoil everything...
