A flat chested girl goes to see Dr. Smith about getting bigger boobs. They discuss surgery etc but the doctor tells her that there is a painless method of getting bigger breasts. He tells her "After your morning shower rub your breasts three times saying "Scoobie scoobie doobie I want bigger boobies" and they'll get larger".
