Save water, shower with a Marine.

Heaven won't take us and Hell's afraid we'll take over.

USMC: When it absolutely, positively must be destroyed overnight.

When in doubt, empty the magazine.

To err is human, to forgive is divine, however neither is Marine Corps policy.

Happiness is a belt-fed weapon.

There are two types of people: Marines, and those that wish they were.

Martyrs or Marines, who do you think will get the virgins?

All men are created equal, then some become Marines.

It's not an attitude problem, we are that good.

First Iraq, then France.

It's God's job to forgive Bin Laden, it's our job to arrange the meeting.

Sergeants think their only flaw is their excessive modesty.

You missed some, such as:

Marines are loaded for Bear...*

*Georgia, U.S. - As a 300-pound black bear raided the Everhart's campsite, their 6-year-old son threw a shovel at it, whereupon the bear dropped the cooler and headed for boy. The father, ex-Marine Chris Everhart, quickly grabbed a log from their firewood pile and heaved it at the charging bear. The bear was struck in the head, killed with a single blow.

All three are alive and well, if diminished somewhat, so "ending" and "solved" do not apply, unfortunately.
But if there's any hope for a cure, it certainly involves some ass-whupping. ;D

That is true. However, and please don't misinterpret me as trying to be political, or very left-wing, just trying to make a point; the idea behind communism wasn't necessarily a bad one - everybody's equal and everyone lives equally. We have a fairer society where there is no need for crime and everybody is on speaking terms with everybody else. The sole problem with it was that it just wasn't practical in the real world - human nature went at odds with it.

As for slavery, nazism and fascism... I'm n thourough agreement with you lot, War, in that case, was necessary, in order to get rid of a great evil.

World War 1 makes a stark contrast with World War 2. WW1 was fought over money, territory and power, where neither side was truly fighting a war for the good of humanity. However, WW2 was a war of virtues - Britain, America, Canada, initially France, and all the other allied states that I cannot remember (sorry) went to war to stop an evil from taking hold of Europe. It shows a humungous change of mindset in the inter-war years.

Only problem is that the USMC didn't fight the nazis. And you didn't end communism: I'm still here!
