He was the minister of information of Iraqi before the secon gulfwar.

He was saying that the Americans were being driven back to the sea when they were practicly at the gates of baghdad.

The whole world laughed at him, and when he wanted to surrender himself to the Americans they refused. ;D

He was basically a commedian to the world and he knew it. You could see the twinkle in his eye as he spoke. A loyalist to Saddam, but I think he just didn't want to lose his head and for his most outrageous suggestions he was known as "Comical Ali". I think he is the only one who has an almost clear book (no crimes).
