Partially-sighted Tradesmen...

Partially-sighted Tradesmen...

Postby Fozzer » Thu May 25, 2006 3:59 am

...just got back from Sainsbury's this morning on my bike, with a load of shopping in my trusty haversack...

Parked outside on the road is a big tradesman's van...
Details in big letters, on the side of the van.....

"Curtain and blind fitter"...8)...!

So, I approach the driver, as is my wont, and ask the magic question....

"How does a blind fitter manage to install new curtains when he can't see what he is doing?"

The chap looks at me with a blank expression upon his chubby face, as you would expect from someone who obviously did not put in a lot of thought into it, before getting a painter to paint the above mentioned words on  the side of his nice shiny new van.... ;)...!

Is it just me, who always sees the funny/daft side of things... ;)...?

Paul....ya gotta larf...;D...!
