A.
I'm sorry but I don't think this is a case of Tourettes.
I know three guys with Tourettes and they're nothing like this.
They've all got 'tics', like one of them has to walk a certain path to school, and only step on carefully picked sidewalks during the route.
The other one constantly twitches his head, and I mean every second, so sadly he's got huge neckpains. He also blinks his eyes constantly, wich prevents him from playing video games and such (he blinks them for a very long time, not just a regular blink).
The third one is pretty normal now, he has outgrown it.
It's a terrible disease, and I honestly think this guy is faking it. (HELLO IT'S BEING FILMED, WHO THE HELL WOULD DO THAT!!) :-/
There are various types of Tourette's Syndrome-
Coprolalia Tourette's Syndrome- does not have to be exclusively swear words. Many times coprolalia manifests itself as socially inappropriate or unacceptable words or phrases, such as the overwhelming urge to use a racial epithet, even though that is the last thing you want to do. Something about the "forbiddenness" of it impells a person with coprolalia to say it, seemingly against their will.

http://members.tripod.com/~tourette13/handouts/symptoms-ts.html This lists the various types of tics
I see, but still, wouldn't you agree this person doesn't have Tourettes?
Without seeing his medical records, I couldn't say yea or nay. I've seen people like this that sounded like him. But also as the article says, people have differing abilities to control their tics. Just as people with bad tempers. Some can control their tempers extremely well and others have difficulty maintaining control and still others don't try to get control.
It also says that people that try to control them to long will normally have even worse outbursts (tics). So it is extremely difficult to real say accurately if he faking it or not. You need to remember that the tics are a type of compulsion that is difficult to control. So since he was being filmed, the compulsion way have overwhelmed him and made the outburst allot worse. Especially if he was told not to curse. Just like a child that was told not to get into the one out of three cookie jars. He will always go for the forbidden one.
