BPB - Been posted Before...!

Hey all.

Now i know you all enjoy saying it etc, but when you post a joke and this is what you get as a reply,(Been posted before) it ruins the joke, it takes the laughter away, and is therefore no longer a joke to yourself.

I know i ramble on about it and im NOT complaining, but does it really matter if it HAS BEEN POSTED before!?
You dont say BEEN POSTED before to a friend do you, you say "ive heard that one". I can here you all thinking, Why post this Jimbo, the simple fact been it ruins a perfectly good joke in some cases, And if you are posting a new joke, just quickly check that it hasn't already been posted before.
This would make it a more friendly and funny place.

Just to double confirm, im NOT complaining, simply advising, some people im sure will think the same.

Now my ramble is Over, forget about it, and enjoy the Jokes.

Well said Jimbo. I rarely visit this forum so have no idea if a joke's been posted before. If I'm sent a joke that I find funny I'll post it here to share it even if it's an old joke that I've seen many times before. It's quite likely that many people will never have seen it & therefore get a giggle out of it.

There's not many new jokes around. They're mostly old ones revamped or presented in a different style, that's all. The old ones are usually the best ones anyway.  :)

I'm annoying some people to the point of making making them upset, doesn't that qualify.

I posted a joke this evening n there's a bpb on it...doesn't bother me really. And I always run a search in the Jokes forum to see if it's already listed.

Not just any old jokes. Jokes that made me laugh and others get concussion from banging their heads against immovable objects.
