Could be Romulus, I never get that much of a hit off of catnip personally! I prefer Pedigree Chum biscuits myself 8)

All the cats I've ever seen get high as a kite on catnip. It has the same effect on cats as Marijuana does on people. Before anyone asks, No, I do not use Marijuana and I never have. But I've known enough people that did use it.
