Thought these looked pretty cool for a laugh, balloons shaped like missiles that you tie to your car - i'd wet myself laughing if i saw that drive past me.

LOL!!! Those look like fun!
The title of this thread had me thinking you were talking about water balloons: I've heard that a giant slingshot can be used to launch them out of 4th-story windows, startling passers-by... mind you, it's just something I heard about... ;D
