Quite a spread, I got a new fish cookbook at Xmas to help me expand my range of fish dishes. Gotta see the fish monger about some red mullet...

We actualy barely ever buy fish except sole,we usualy catch them.
We usualy catch these edible fish:
Cod
Haddock
Ling
Red Gurnard
Dab
Flounder
Mackeral(used to be by the dozens in July-august before the stupid trawlers)
Dogfish
And pretty much every other cod-like fish.  ;)
And bloody grey gurnard, damn spikey and disgusting.
I love fish,especialy smoked.
