"The process of boiling peanuts also draws antioxidants from the shells. The boiled peanuts have four times the antioxidants of raw or roasted peanuts."

Tasty and healthy!


You eat the shells, as well!... :o.. :o...!

All this frantic boiling malarkey has got to spoil the taste of peanuts.... :'(...!

Well personally, I find boiled peanuts revolting.  It's like eating little balls of snot.  My wife and daughter LOVE them though and can't get enough.  Fortunately, we live in the North now and they're not available here... ;)
