Hotmail hasn't been used for a few years now... It has since joined the 'live' branch of Microsoft. You now have a Windows Live account. For example... Alrot@live.com


I'm not sure if it means your emails, or just contacts.

Now you're confusing me (we'll pretend I wasn't already). Not used for years? There's still a hotmail link at the top of the msn website and I still access my "...@hotmail.com" account.

My original e-Mail address was generated at a long deceased Web Service Provider (Dial-up) many moons ago in the 1990's.
Since then they have been taken over by various companies, but, luckily,  I have still been able to retain my original e-Mail address... ...!
I still use it daily, and everyone who needs to know, knows it.
My constant nightmare is that my present E-Mail provider will close my original (free) account, and insist that I use their latest Web name in my address!
That would put an end to my universally, well known, E-Mail address!.... ....!

Oh yeah, I still use it for my MSN account. I still enter 'hotmail.com' into my browser and it still takes me to where I need to go.

They bought Hotmail first, then introduced MSN service, then changed it to Live. So MSN Messenger became Windows Live Messenger.

Same service, different name. I don't know what you can import here though.
