First training session for the team that are doing the Three Peaks next year.
Not a bad pace over the distance... that litre of Lucozade didn't touch the sides on its way down 8-) 8-) 8-)
Those bacon butties and pint of tea were a perfect lunch. Now I've got to get back to normal to work tonight!

I've just seen the graph of our progress from one of the GPS units we took with us. Crumbs but the ascent to the highest point in the Chilterns was a rather straight line that was almost vertical! I hate that hill ;D ;D ;D
