some smoked ling and red gurnard.
realy nice,only disadvantage is that your hands smell like smoked fish and the pets follow you around everywhere. :D

Smoked Haddock I like!

i like it aswell but only with shrimps and some sort of clam(mussel,oyster etc)
my favourite smoked fish would be eel but since its illegal to catch them i would like a trout more then a mackeral,but thats probably because we have a mackeral overload every year so around that time we try and not catch much.

but you do need some fish handy.
we have a boat and live next to the sea+a yearly fishing competition where some of the catches are given away we don't have any problems. ;D
