I would imagine that if Walt Disney was still alive he would be quietly weeping in the corner of the board room  :-/

I imagine that the Disney Board haven't considered the very real possibility that they might get a visit from people who are considerably heavier than a lawyer and more well armed than a Texan Nutter in a gun convention after winning the BIG ONE on the lottery ;D ;D ;D

If anyone deserves to own that trademark and profit from it, I think it would be the US Navy... or specifically, Seal Team Six. They should pay a visit to the head Mouseketeer, in the middle of the night, and explain this to him.  ;D
