get snow for Christmas and New Years. We get tornadoes.

Trade ya! Although I'd miss Michigan winters eventually, I wouldn't mind your temps for a while.
BTW, the little blue plane in the picture, fly on beans does it?

I drove from California to Michigan, left on the 20th when the first snowstorm hit...4 days of driving in freezing rain and snow. Made it to Michigan. Then on the 30th I leave Michigan to drive to Alabama, and I get chased by tornadoes the whole trip. I get to Bama on the 31st and a tornado passed just north of us.

We, who are supposed to have snow quite some time before Christmas, didn't get it dumped on us until Christmas day was nearly gone; I guess someone requested it as their gift and it was one of the last things unwrapped.get snow for Christmas and New Years...

While in Beatrice, NE, I was on my knees within one; quite some years before, I operated a relay base station for spotters -- the ones who went out looking for the tornadoes and passed on the warning. In Wyoming everyone who has the ability (with-out putting themselves in danger of course) just goes out and watches the Tornado or Cyclone pass them by. Which I think is really weird.

Best concert/airshow ever!
