You should try it fried up like chicken Paul, with gravy and biscuits. Yummm! I used to raise the little critters for eating. Good on the grill too. But I still prefer venison.

I used to catch them (wire snare), and Mum used to skin and cook them.
Did she soak them for the night in a salt-vinegar solution? Works wonders for lamb, wild duck or geese.

I find the best way to skin a rabbit is to hit it with my steel toe capped boots at about 80mph on my Honda! I did that many years ago, wasn't much left in the skin. Mind you my boot smelt yukky till I'd hosed it down :P
