Makes me wonder though.......would all that effort give one a bad haddock? :D

I have not had broiled flounder in several years, and I really love it. That would keep me happy for quite a while. Butter, lemon juice....mmmmmm......

Patchz, while flounder and halibut may be of the same flat fish family, the comparison ends there.
