I don't know whether it is a good thing, or a bad thing, but I will miss what is coming up in the future.... ::)....!

I'm 40 and do remember certain things; 45 rpm spindles (had a box full of 45rpm singles), the reel to reel taperecorder (my parents owned one) to name a few.

I inherited that game from my brother, the first flight simulator I had ever used, even if I couldn't fly the planes. ;D

I prefer Mel Brooks' take.. Picture Moses standing with 3 stone tablets in his hands...
"I'm here to deliver these 15... (drops one which smashes into pieces) Sorry, 10 commandments....."

I just reminisced about my early childhood and the family going to the drive-in, then stopping for any of the multiple flavored ice cream cones and a stop at in A&W food drive-in.

When I went with my parents to see "Gone With The Wind" at the drive-in, that was the first time I ever contemplated murdering my middle brother. He was a first class wuss and whined like a little girl everytime someone got killed in the movie.  >:(

God and to think, there were many more years before my hero, "Freddy Kruger" came on the sceen.... [smiley=evil.gif]

It must come with a certain age, but nostalgia is so comforting - mainly 'cause we've edited out the uncomfortable parts and it all seems right there in the front of your memory.
