Repeal the laws of thermodynamics

The UK government have asked us citizens to suggest laws that we want repealed. So some bright sparks decided to Request that the laws of thermodynamics are repealed. The idea just made me lol, had to be shared but somehow i don't quite think this is what the government wanted.
