I don't understand. Extremely dumb pirates who didn't even have the black patch on the correct eye, attack a US navel vessel, that happens to be looking for extremely dumb pirates. It seems the fact that they didn't succeed, means they are not pirates, and since the navy destroyed the evidence, well what the hay, let them go free.

Over here, in Hospital terms, a "Motion" is referred to as a piece of Crap passing from the lower Bowel into the surrounding atmosphere.
