But you left out:
biscuits and tomato gravy (made with green peppers and onions; the only reason I miss my first ex)
salsa (so many uses)
tomato bread (for your favorite sandwich @ Sweet Peppers Deli)
tomato aspic
corn salad (whole kernel corn served cold with green onions, mayo, salt & pepper, and diced [glow=yellow,2,300]tomatoes[/glow], best if left in fridge overnight)
plain tomato sandwich (mayo, salt, & pepper)
tomato soup
tomato juice (and V8, makes a great Bloody Mary)
stewed tomatoes and okra

You say tomato, I say....
let's eat!

Rhubarb grew well near the manure pile behind the barn. Acidic... just say it's down-right sour in its raw form. :P

Never had an opportunity to try rhubarb though, in pie or otherwise. Always wanted to try it, since I heard it was really good.
Last I knew (it was @ $5), sugarless strawberry-rhubarb pie was available in the bakery dept. of our MarkeT Basket Supermarkets.
