Victoria Day

Postby Flying Trucker » Mon May 24, 2010 2:36 pm

Good afternoon all... :)

Victoria Day:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Victoria_Day

Well we celebrated yesterday with a little fly in from several local bugsmasher fields.

Spot Landings and Flour Bombing Contest held...lots of fun.

Pig roasted on the spit, hamburgers and hotdogs.
Pies and Cakes.

We fired off the Brown Bess a couple of times and the evening rounded off around the piano.

Great time was had by all... ;D

Tonight the neighbours will drop by and we will fire off our combined fireworks as soon as it gets dark.

Happy Victoria Day all you other Canucks.

Cheers...Happy Landings...Doug

Sounds you had a great May two four Doug. We just drank wobblies and pulled weeds in the back 40 (feet). When the fireworks started near dark my little dog went into panic mode.

If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.
