Lucky 7?

Postby TacitBlue » Tue May 25, 2010 10:29 pm

It's weird, my "numbers" have all seemed to line up today. Let me just put it all out there for you.

First, I had a few unexpected expenses lately so after paying for those I don't have much in the bank. Strangely, when I checked my bank account today I had exactly $172.00 in checking (not counting savings). 172 is an important number because I have done almost all of my flying in a Cessna 172. Then, at work I made my first official sign-off on a repair of an aircraft. It wasn't just any aircraft though, it was my favorite aircraft in the whole world. It was an Aeronca 7AC Champ that I had the pleasure of flying once last year. It is in immaculate condition and it's just... :-*...beautiful. To top it all off, it's my birthday today and I'm 27. 27, Cessna 172, $172, Aeronca 7AC. Does this mean something? :-?

You should get a lottery ticket with the #s 1, 7, & 2. :D

Happy birthday. :)

I can't speak to the number situation, but I can say:

If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.

Thanks guys, it was a pretty good birthday too. Nothing special, I just spent the day doing something that I love, workin' on planes. :)

You should get a lottery ticket with the #s 1, 7, & 2. :D

I would have if it had been a C172 that I signed off. ;)
