Wow, I had no idea there was a Lib being restored in Aus. This is great news.  We also have a B-25J Mitchell also being restored, after it arrives in Aus. The B-25 will be airworthy, do you know if the B-24 will be an airworthy restoration?

If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.

I envy you mazza...I envy you...if only time travel were possible...I could time travel to 1945 where airplane tickets were cheap, buy one to Austrailia, then time travel to the present and tag along!  ;)

You would be better off forgetting the time machine. Air fares are much cheaper nowadays. http://people.hofstra.edu/geotrans/eng/ch3en/conc3en/airfarenylondon.html

Enjoy your weekend Mazza. [smiley=thumbsup.gif]

Wow! And people are complaining about airfare prices nowadays?? Jeez!  :o

Now THAT is a great day.  I was team captain of our varsity bowling team (yes we have varsity bowling in Michigan)

To see a B24 in person is just cool in itself.

And Deep Purple live...you can't go wrong with that  8-)
