Howdy

Postby Travis » Fri Mar 12, 2010 3:08 pm

Just dropped in to give everyone a "howdy-doo" and see what has transpired in the past few months.

What's new, what's changed and has Fozzer finally gone bunko?

Fill me in, folks.

:D

EDIT: Didn't I used to be a "resident"? :-?

Well, all things must end, even punishments.  Eventually (July or August 2012) I'll be a free person once more and won't have to stay in Texas.

Not quite set up, or even certain of living arrangements right now.  May have to postpone my flight training until the fall or spring :-[, but I'm certainly going to do it at some point in the near future.

My hope is to get a decent job by the end of the month, and then perhaps a new rig by the end of April or May.  And that will be the first investment towards my own SimPit! :D

I'm sure your time away has been more eventful, how did it all go? As said, it's the same-old same-old back here.

Things weren't that great over there.  Overbearing, unhappy people run it, so it creates a sense of foreboding and unwellness while you're there.

I did get a bit more physically fit and dropped about 15 extra pounds, but that was pretty much all I accomplished.

Oh, and I'm on the wagon, for what that's worth . . . ::)

Good to see you back Travis!  :)

Hope you still have the Gmax bug, I hate to see good talent give it up.  ;)

Congrats on the wagon from a fellow rider. [smiley=thumbsup.gif]

Gmax soon to be up and running!  Getting my computer situation sorted this afternoon and should have the gear running by supper.

Now: Aerostar 700?  Shorts 330?  What do you guys think?  Any recommendations?
