Common sense prevails!! Protecting the nation from idiots rather than the idiots being protected from the nation 8-) ;D

A driver has been found guilty of driving without due care and attention after 'slavishly' following his sat nav to the edge of a cliff.
Lets hope they do the same to the next pillock who follows directions to drive up a railway line too >:(

2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.

Tightwad should hace bought a BMW with a factory installed BMW Sat Nav system. This is what happens when one buys a cheap alternative

No doubt he is an idiot... But being prosocuted for a driving offence while not on the public highway is bullshit!!  He should of got a decent lawyer.
