Well I guess he is allowed to attend practice and he said he was going to continue going to the practices.

The Oregon team said they want the media to leave the team and him alone.

Today he was a noshow at practice. The coach told everyone that he expects him to come at a later time, he has been through so much this week. He said sorry to Boise State and I guess on National Tv. He said that he lost his mind and he should have never done it.

The coach told the media also that there will always be a spot for him in practice whenever he returns.

I think its really good of him to say he's gunna still attend practice. Although he missed the first day, if he goes..that will show some change on my thoughts of him. 8-)

Total unprofessional, glad he got dropped for the year.  You want to throw punches?  Join the NHL.  (Speaking of which, only 3 more weeks till opening day WOOHOOO!!!)

I'm going to start a college football thread seeing as the season just started, put your predictions, rants, raves, woots, and complaints in there, but keep it professional gents  ;)  Talk smack, but let's not offend or start fights, or the thread will be deleted.  Keep it fun  :D

And Roll Tide  8-)

One simple way to look at it.
This guys just cost himself several million dollars. No more fitting punishment.
These guys tend to know little more than that sort of lifestyle and expectation. What better way to punish them, than to take it away and make them work for a proper living like the rest of us.
There are millions who would give their right arm to have the chance that guy had so I have no sympathy.
Gotta agree with Charlie. Save the handshakes and fair play crap till after the game. And save the aggression for the field where your padded up with the intention of beating the living snot out of the guy on the other sideline.

Baseball players just spit on unruly fans.  No violence but memorable.

YouTube - Keith Hernandez spits on Kramer and Neuman  8-)
