You don't find the execute, you do the execute, er, executing.
Can you...
Click a "Start" button on the lower left of your screen
Select "Run..." on the pop-up
Type "telnet towel.blinkenlights.nl" in the little Run window
Click "OK" on the little Run window
Watch the progression of text on the small window that appears in the middle of your screen?

It's still not working for me. It says it can't find it and to try again with the correct file name. I followed all your directions.
