If I was Mr. Milburn I'd buy a small silver car, stick the tractor plates on it and speed all day long through the English countyside. Then blame some innocent bloke in Belgium if I was caught by a speedingcamera...

I'm thinking of buying some plates abroad and whacking them on my car and each time I get stopped I'll just gabber away until they let me go ;D
