Discovery given "No go" for February 27 during the flight readiness review.

They want to get it launched by March. They expect a long term re-design, but want too fly with modified exsisting hardware.* They do not want to launch between March 13 and April 6th due to a Soyuz launch.

*If I am understanding the press conference I am watching. It's getting confusing at times.

The launch is set for March 11 at 9:20pm EST, according to the NASA website.

80% chance of good weather for the launch.
Trans Atlantic Abort sites look good.
Discovery looks good.


As of now, everything looks good for a launch at 7:43:46pm EST tonight.
