That has to be one of the most obsurd things i've heard in a while. I would think this violates the First Amendment

Why don't they use their resources to find the real criminals...? ::)

I got pulled over cause I had a crack in my windsheild ( windscreen for all you british out there ) so I asked the officer, What's next, stopping me walking down the street cause I got a crack in my Ares! (that's ass for all you US folks ) ;D
