STS-126, Endeavour is now officially go for launch on November 14, 2008 at 7:55pm, EST.

I like those night launches.  I can see them from my back yard in Boca Raton.

They look like a meteorite in reverse.

When you see them on TV they take off nice and majestically slow but when you see them from 150 miles away you really get an idea of how fast they are moving.
