Sorry I may have worded it badly but the next symbol would be ~ to start the pattern again.

I used the entire top row which includes the backspace  ;) So Wii got it.

sorry if my wording confused anyone!

I dont know, I think its logical.

You have:

~!@#$%^&*()_+

untill you hit backspace so then you would only have

~!@#$%^&*()_

So I think it makes sense  ;)
