Scientific Revelation!

Postby Romulus111VADT » Mon Sep 29, 2008 7:31 am

When there's nothing but re-runs on TV and nothing worth watching. I will every so often watch this show on "The History Channel" called "Monster Quest". In the show they try to find evidence of all the mythical creatures like "Bigfoot", "Loch Ness Monster", etc, etc. They try to prove they either exist or did exist. They rarely prove anything.

Well all they've

Well all they've  proven so far is that they waste allot of time and money. That was until this past Saturday night. My wife and I caught a re-run of one episode on giant bears we'd missed.

They were in the Kenai Peninsula of Alaska when this researcher goes running over and looks down all excited and announces, "BEAR POOP!"

I looked at my wife and said, "Well, there you have it, scientific proof that yes indeed, Wild Bears Do In Fact Shit In The Woods!" :o

I wonder how many thousands of dollars were wasted for this scientific revelation!  ::)

..you got that in one... [smiley=thumbsup.gif]...!

How many times have I watched/suffered one of those daft Scientific? Documentaries, and at the end, wondered, each time...

..."Well, what was that all about?... :o...That didn't prove anything either way!".

What a wast of Film....
..and the Bear Poo would have found better use feeding my Rose Bushes.

...and what about the Heavenly Choir singing in the background to the sounds of the New York Philharmonic Orchestra?....
...don't that just get up your nose.... >:(....?

F....Scientific Codswallop!... ;D...!

In all fairness, they did mention a hybrid bear that was a cross between a polar bear and a grizzly. they call it a "Prizzly Bear"
I did click in for that before heading for elsewhere. Now, I surmise that this was the female sitting on the outdoor loo. Too bad they didn't catch sight of the male "Grillar Bear" setting up for the evening meal at his outdoor grill.
